2-5 experience Export operation executive at freight Forwarder Company
Fluent English Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Receive the rate request from the sales.
Search the best rates & service with many shipping line.
Arrange the booking with S/L, and truckers, as agreed rate based on vsl. or flight Date.
Prepare the draft of AWB, B/L , C/O or EUR1 ,P/L & Comm. Inv. with the A/L or S/L &customs broker and send it to sales or client to get the final confirmation .
Prepare the S/L or A/L inv. with them and send it to accountant to arrange the payment.
Send the notification to accountant with departure date of vessel or flight, to arrange with the representative when will receive the AWB. B/L from the A/L or S/L .
Follow up step by step with the truckers, and customs brokers till finish the shipment .
Review the truckers, customs brokers, and S/L or A/L inv. with the agreed cost, also with selling rate.
Close all file on system and send it to accountant dept. to issue our invoices.
